  • How do you win funding from the Super Service Challenge?

Super Service Challenge will select 4 spotlight videos quarterly to display on the homepage. Spotlight videos will receive a special award up to $2,500. • Can companies or other organizations run a Service Challenge?

Absolutely!   Companies or any group can use the platform to run their own Challenge.  Instruct participants to TAG their video in a unique way.  For example, the user can make up their own tag like:

    #CompanyX2020 or #ChurchGivesBack or #COVID19

Through the new search features on the site your team can easily identify all the videos that they submitted.  Consider also utilizing the campaign ending feature to incorporate the timing of your Challenge into your other business initiatives.

  • How can I learn more about running a Challenge in my Company?

Many companies and organizations hold their own Super Service Challenge to promote teamwork, impact the local community and celebrate as a team.  Contact us at info@superservicechallenge.com and we will connect you directly with other companies that use the Challenge.

  • If I discover my video is not compliant to the program rules, can I edit the video to make it compliant and retain the current vote count on the submitted video?

YES!  It is important to have a compliant video and we've included an option for volunteers that submitted a video to make edits to the video without losing any votes that have already accumulated.  Follow these easy steps:

    1.  The volunteer that submitted the video needs to log on and go the video to edit.

    2.  Open the video and at the bottom right of the video is an "Edit" link located under the Share button.

    3.   Select "Edit" and scroll down to the "Video" section.  There you will find a "Replace Video" button.

    4.  Select the "Replace Video" button and you can upload your new edited video without affecting any of your prior votes/views.

    5.  After the new video uploads, precesses and encodes (these are automatic steps), select the "Save Changes and Continue" button.

    6.  You will be reverted back to the original profile page for the video, select "Save" button and you're done!
